The Hot Sprockets

KnockanStockan is getting set for 2018.

30 acts have been announced by festival organisers today with KnockanStockan set to return from 27-29 July. It’s an eclectic mix for 2018 combining the homegrown and international talent.

Bound for Blessington Lakes this year so far are

  • Slouch
  • The Hot Sprockets
  • Grand
  • Simon Bird
  • Ailie Blunnie
  • Super Silly
  • Wood Burning Savages
  • Paddy Hanna

Also planned for this year are new collaborations, new stage designs, new areas to explore, art installations and more. Having taken a break for 2017, it’s all systems go for Blessington this July.

Tickets are already on sale, with Tier 1 and Friday tickets sold out. Weekend camping tier 2 tickets can be picked up at knockanstockan.ie from €135.

Thinking on bringing the younger family members? A family-friendly festival, children 12 and under go free but must be accompanied by a ticket holding adult. Families must also camp in the designated family camping area. Have a listen to some of the artists below to get a feel for the weekend.
