The first outing of September Sounds ran in Kilkenny this past weekend.
Friday saw classical and jazz music stylings take hold at Woodstock Gardens, Inistioge while Saturday saw the likes of Gwen Blanch, Oh Bryan, Davy Long, Alchemy, The Screws, The Wha and R.S.A.G take to Ballykeeffe Amphitheatre.
A change in the weather forecast meant that Butler Gallery could not host the final leg of the weekend with proceedings instead shifting to the Watergate Theatre where Ali Comerford, Elise, Gary O’Neill, The McCauley Brothers & friends, The Wandering Souls, Kairen Caine and Iarla Ó Lionáird all took to the stage across the night.
