Hudson Taylor: Old Soul

Hudson Taylor – brothers Alfie and Harry Hudson Taylor – have released new track Old Soul, taken from their upcoming Feel It Again EP.

The EP comes off the back of a sold-out headline UK and European tour, including a night at London’s Scala, and will coincide with their Irish tour in March that will see the band play a sold out show at Dublin’s Olympia Theatre on 28 March.

It could be just me, but the Americana influences that are notable through their music would make them feel right at home at the Kilkenny Roots Festival. That, or maybe the idea of catching the band belting Old Soul with a pint in hand at lunchtime is rather appealing.

The Feel It Again EP comes off the back of this year’s single Run With Me and the EP’s title track, released last autumn. It’s the brothers’ first new music since their critically-acclaimed debut album Singing For Strangers (2015).

The band are at their highest ever monthly listeners on Spotify, with Run With Me now on 1.2m streams, the duo having over 550k monthly listeners on the streaming giant.
